Store signed scans and practical documents.

Upload signed scans and supporting documents to private R2 storage. The original paper will still matters most.

A scan helps family find information quickly, but it is not a substitute for the original signed paper will. Record the original storage location in the execution section.

MVP note: files are stored in R2 and file metadata is stored in Postgres. The next backend step is per-plan sharing permissions and audit events for file access.

Uploads require sign-in and Cloudflare R2 configuration. The app uploads through the server, so the bucket does not need browser PUT CORS for this MVP.
